UNIS MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIM TRYOUTS

Hi ladies! If you are planning on trying out for the swim team, please read the information below and register for tryouts using 

this: Swim Tryout Registration Form

1. We will be holding a 2-day tryout, you MUST attend both days of tryouts, no exceptions will be made:

Wednesday, Nov 1 & Thursday, Nov 2

3:45-5:00 pm

*All athletes must leave the building immediately after tryouts/practice. If you are waiting for a ride, you must wait outside*

2. Remember, you must have an Athletic Physical form completed by a doctor on the 1st day of tryouts. No physical, no tryouts.

3. Friday, Nov 3rd will be our first official team practice. 3:45-5:00
