The 2026 Ohio STEM Innovation Summit is just around the corner, and the Ohio STEM Learning Network is inviting enthusiastic members of the network to join the Summit Hospitality Team.
Hospitality Team members help set the tone for the day by creating a welcoming and supportive environment for educators, partners, and guests from across Ohio and beyond. If you enjoy connecting with people, lending a helping hand, and being part of a positive team, this is a wonderful way to get involved.
Serving on the Hospitality Team is also a great opportunity to experience the Summit in a new way, meet new colleagues, and contribute to an event that brings together passionate STEM educators and leaders. Whether you’re a returning participant or someone looking for a new way to engage with the network, we encourage you to apply.
Help create a welcoming experience
Team members may assist with a variety of roles throughout the day, including:
- Welcoming participants as they arrive
- Supporting registration and distributing swag bags
- Providing directions to breakout sessions
- Conducting session room attendance counts and reporting
Optional opportunities may also include:
- Facilitating networking sessions
- Co-facilitating Solver Sessions
Hospitality team members will receive:
- A free Summit t-shirt
- A discount code provided upon confirmation of acceptance
